🔧 Structure:

Subject + am / is / are + base verb + -ing

v When Do We Use It?

1. 🔹 Actions happening right now

  • I am talking to you.
  • She is writing a letter.
  • They are watching TV.

2. 🔹 Temporary actions or situations

  • He is living in Paris for a few months.
  • I’m working on a project this week.

3. 🔹 Future arrangements (planned events)

  • We are flying to London tomorrow.
  • I’m meeting Sarah at 5 p.m.

4. 🔹 Repeated actions (with annoyance or emphasis, often with "always")

  • She is always losing her keys!
  • He is always shouting in class!
